The Kin Hotel is a thoughtfully designed 15-room boutique hotel in Shivaji Park, Dadar West, Mumbai, created by siblings Guneet Singh and Imrun Sethi. Reimagining their grandfather's former hotel, the property blends mid-century-inspired interiors, colourful design, local art and personalised hospitality with the character of one of Mumbai's most culturally rooted neighbourhoods. Each room is individually designed, offering a distinctive stay ranging from cosy boutique rooms and sea-facing Luxe rooms to spacious City Suites and Corner Suites. The hotel is also home to Terttulia, an all-day modern European restaurant known for its comfort food, fresh salads, healthy bowls, grills, brunches, cocktails and evening DJ sets. With experiences including yoga, HIIT, swimming, golf, heritage walks, astronomy and art-focused activities, The Kin offers a stylish, intimate and highly individual alternative to conventional Mumbai hotels.
