Ekaa is a contemporary fine-dining restaurant in Mumbai's historic Fort district, built around an ingredient-focused approach to modern Indian cuisine. Rather than being restricted to one traditional culinary style, Ekaa explores individual ingredients, regional influences and contemporary techniques to create distinctive dishes where each component has its own story. Located inside the heritage Kitab Mahal, the restaurant features a minimalist, intimate setting centred around an interactive open kitchen, allowing diners to observe the chefs and engage with the culinary process. Its experience includes carefully curated tasting menus alongside an à la carte offering, with seasonal and locally sourced ingredients playing an important role. Ekaa also offers Dwadash, an innovative cocktail-tasting experience featuring twelve courses—eight mini cocktails and four full cocktails—drawing inspiration from Indian memories, landscapes, festivals and ingredients.
