Sorena is a large-format contemporary restaurant and cocktail bar in Bandra West that combines global culinary influences with an elaborate, design-driven social atmosphere. The concept takes inspiration from five culturally distinctive cities — New York, Sicily, Mumbai, Tokyo and Istanbul — bringing their influences together through the restaurant's food, cocktails and interiors. The 11,000-square-foot duplex features a dramatic double-height space, an island bar called Atlas, statement lighting, a grand curved staircase, multiple dining areas, two private dining rooms and a VIP private dining room. Large windows provide views across the Bandra skyline, making golden hour and sunset particularly attractive times to visit. The food menu, created by Chef Sachin Kadam, focuses on globally inspired dishes rather than strictly reproducing traditional regional cuisines. Standouts include mutton rezala, jhol momo, avocado prawns, sushi, broccoli karaage and Sicilian-inspired burrata. The cocktail programme, curated by Dimi Lezinska, is organised around different personalities such as Smooth Operator, Sharp Whisperer, Moonlighter, Twisted Sinner, City Charmer and Sober Cat. It includes reimagined classics, highballs, low-ABV drinks, zero-proof options and spirit-forward cocktails.
