Native Bombay celebrates India's regional culinary diversity through a contemporary fine-dining approach. Located inside the restored, century-old IF.BE Ice Factory, the restaurant combines exposed brickwork, vintage Burma teak and the industrial character of the heritage building with a sophisticated dining environment. The menu explores regional dishes and ingredients from across India, including influences from Rajasthan, Nagaland, Kashmir, Kerala, Uttarakhand, Maharashtra, Goa and South India.
